Come June 10 right through to June 15, Canada will experience a blast of Filipino fashion. The world's first Canada Philippine Fashion Week will showcase the best in haute couture, fashion, culture and creativity of Filipinos in Canada and the Philippines.
High profile shows of conceptual fashion to haute couture will be in the offing. And they have already roped in some of the best design talents from the Philippines.
It is an East Meets West of a different kind.
